PD71X - High-performance Partial Discharge Locator

  • Up to 12 customisable channels
  • Up to 200 MHz sample rate
  • Real-time PRPD/PRPS data
  • Wireless phase synchronization
  • CIGRE complaint (5pC)

Compact, lightweight and in a convenient case. The PD71X is the best tool for taking periodic partial discharge (PD) measurements.

Pairs of channels can be customised for UHF, HF or AE PD detection. Choose the channel types best suited for the equipment being monitored. With up to 12 channels, the PD71X offers unparalleled deployment versatility.

The PD71X can be supplied with a range of SDMT’s excellent standard external PD sensors. Standard sensor connectors are used, providing full compatibility with third-party commercially available PD sensors if required.

SDMT’s SD42 software automatically captures PD events. Captured events can be displayed in intuitive ways for on-site engineers, or with the full range of trends, patterns and parameters for PD technical experts to review.

Custom views can be created that include schematics, models or photos of actual equipment. PD events are then overlayed on top, helping to visualise where PD may be occurring in the equipment.
